The Professional Services Group offers a collaborative and structured approach to assist clients implementing efficient AML solutions and optimizing existing processes.

The role: The Technical Project Manager:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for technology clients
  • Ensures client engagements are successful through managing technology deliverables, active projects, training and transition to customer support
  • Documents implementation requirements, creates and executes comprehensive project plans, proactively mitigates risks, and manages the integration of development projects from inception to production

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as client relationship manager for assigned technical clients during implementations
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables, such as project and implementation plans, project schedule, communication plan, budget, issues and action items log, meeting minutes, and risks assessment
  • Ensure that all aspects of integration projects (design, integration planning and development, workflow, user training, and all related project tasks) are incorporated into project plans, coordinated, and delivered on time
  • Oversee and provide technical direction for the design and development of integration development projects from inception to Production
  • Assist in analyzing, distributing and monitoring business requirements
  • Liaison between client and The Company’s Implementation Team to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
  • Obtain client acceptance for executed engagements in a timely manner after all project tasks are completed
  • Liaison between client and The Company’s Implementation and Finance teams to ensure proper revenue recognition of engagements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and act on implementing changes as agreed by the team
  • This position may require some travel (about 20%)

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with web based applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
  • Proactive and creative management approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to negotiate and manage expectations of both internal and external, business and technical teams
  • Comfortable with heavy client interaction/conference calls
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment to meet set deadlines

Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP certification desired
  • 3+ years of experience managing implementation and integration of customer facing solutions such as web applications or software at enterprise-level IT infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of integrating different technology systems
