Senior Director of Marketing

The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible promoting the brand to support expansion in growth areas. This position will be focused on developing and executing product launch and marketing campaigns working closely with senior management to coordinate brand, marketing and sales strategies. The successful candidate will be hands-on with a measurable history of executing branding and marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively lead and manage national product launch to marketplace
• Partner with management to develop and execute marketing strategy for products and services
• Manage development and execution marketing communications including branding, PR, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events, collateral
• Manage marketing initiatives for new products
• Build and support sales leads
• Create highly effective sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content for meetings and conferences, and networking venues
• Manage sales prospect lead lists and campaigns with a focus on delivering sales leads for the sales team to qualify
• Work with Sales to cultivate reference accounts for products and services; identify client success stories and create appropriate case studies and collateral
• Manage and create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
• Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
• Full P&L responsibility

Qualifications:

• Strategic thinker who can quickly assess a situation, business opportunity or challenge, devise a plan and execute
• 10 years of development and hands-on experience developing marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required
• Background in B2B service and product marketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities and deliver results on time and within budget
• Marketing financial services experience viewed very favorably
