The Position

The Manager, Digital Projects, will be responsible for the management and execution of all web-based marketing functions including new websites, maintenance of existing websites, user experience, and web analytics.

Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee 100+ websites and corporate website; provide a cohesive branded online presence across websites to promote company services
  • Create, edit and publish original and web-ready content while proactively consulting content needs with operating companies
  • Oversee all website projects: site launches, site redesigns, site retirements, user experience, content planning and interactive content development
  • Develop and manage processes, actions, and timelines for all web marketing initiatives
  • Maintain all Company URLs, ensuring all web addresses are functional
  • Analyze traffic patterns and report findings through Google Analytics
  • Quarterly – ensure investors, analysts and employees can access earnings call webcasts and ensure press release is distributed and posted in all appropriate places
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility
  • Manage and expand social media campaigns and day-to-day activities on current platforms, i.e., Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, including identifying, writing, publishing content
  • Develop benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. preferred; minimum 7 years experience
  • Proficiency in – Concrete 5 content management system, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, HTML coding, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Google Analytics, Hootsuite
  • Proven ability to direct and manage personnel and consultants, multi-task, and manage multiple projects
  • Verbal and written communications skills, editorial skills, organization and follow-through skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
