Position: CRO, Audience Solutions

Compensation: Base salary + Override on AS Revenue

The Position, and General Requirements
The primary responsibility of this position is to help direct the Sales team efforts to drive revenue growth in the Audience Solutions division, through new business development (New Logos), increased account penetration, and divisional cross selling.
The CRO position will not require direct selling efforts by the candidate, but will require the ability to reach out to industry contacts and make introductions to the Sales team. It is imperative that the candidate be familiar with value based selling methodologies with emphasis on margin, and can communicate solutions effectively to potential customers. This position requires the candidate to demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and persevere.
The candidate will need to have extensive (10+ years) Direct Marketing industry sales leadership experience, with a very deep network of contacts. A successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, and will need to remain so throughout his/her tenure.
Experience with development of ongoing sales training programs is essential; emphasis on utilizing Social selling skills with focus on LinkedIn is also of great importance.
The candidate should be experienced and comfortable with working within a CRM framework, and ensuring organizational integrity within that framework.
The candidate’s performance will be tied to Audience Solutions revenue attainment. Setting sales budgets with focus on profitable margins for each sale is an essential part of the CRO Audience Solutions role.
The candidate will need to stay up to date on shifting trends in the industry, including technology, competition, pricing, and legislation pertaining to privacy and other issues.
