| Tim Welo is a Recruiter with Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. A marketer with more than 20 years of industry experience, Tim has held management positions at American Management Association, Gartner, and Metropolitan Life Insurance; specializing in database marketing and market research. Tim has designed and built state-of-the-art marketing databases in the U.S. Europe and Asia. He is has worked both the marketing and IT sides of database design and development. Tim's research specialized in product design, development and market testing. He also has extensive experience is customer satisfaction measurement. He holds both a BS and MS from Purdue University with emphasis with research methods and statistics.

| Lynda Liner is a Senior Recruiter at Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. and has been working in the industry for 12 years beginning with a top tier New York-based retained search firm in 1995 as an Associate Director, Administrative Management, moving to Research Associate and Associate Recruiter working with national and international clients in sales and marketing, retail, manufacturing and distribution, financial services and non-profit with an emphasis on senior placement: Director through C-level. Prior to joining VJESI, Lynda consulted for an international Human Resource Planning firm specializing in organizational management, succession planning, employment practices and policies.
In addition, career experience includes sales, marketing, PR and communications, project management and database management with General Electric, Citicorp, MIT and a Fairfield County-based Venture Capital firm. Lynda brings a broad knowledge base and insight to a highly specialized multi-channel direct marketing/interactive search practice at VJESI.

| Beth Robertson is a Recruiter with Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. Beth has over 12 years of Direct Marketing industry experience working for various companies including Donnelley Marketing and Cox Direct. As an Account Executive, she specialized in sales and client management in the non-profit, financial services, and catalog verticals, working closely with accounts such as JCPenney, Current Inc, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and World Vision. She earned her BA from Ohio State University.

| Thom Smith is a senior recruiter with Victoria James Executive Search. He is a seasoned executive, having spent most of his career in the direct and database marketing sectors. Thom has held senior sales and marketing positions with Harte-Hanks, Donnelley Marketing, and CPS Direct. He also served as president CMG Direct in Boston and chief operating officer of MKTG Services in New York.
Additionally, he has taught graduate level marketing classes at
Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. Thom has a degree in
English from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Also, he has studied
marketing and finance at Harvard University and Boston University.

Prior to joining Victoria James Executive Search, Barry spent three years as Vice President/Recruiting at The Waters Group Executive Search where he was in charge of new business development and placing candidates at a host of national clients in general advertising, direct marketing, market research, consumer packaged goods and marketing analytics.
Prior to recruiting, Barry spent over 14 years working in account service roles at various direct marketing agencies in the New York Metropolitan area servicing blue chip clients in the pharmaceutical and financial services categories.
Barry is the proud father of a set of boy/girl twins (age 15) and lives with his wife Lori in Rowayton, CT.

Bill Glass
Bill Glass is a Senior Recruiter with Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. Bill has 18 years experience as a direct marketer and marketing consultant, particularly in catalog, marketing database, luxury goods and the arts. He was responsible for all aspects of the Cartier direct marketing catalog in the United States for ten years, and, while at Cartier, also worked on market research projects and both web development and product development. Other direct marketing assignments have included work for Dunhill and Van Cleef & Arpels. Previously, Bill worked for 12 years as a recruiter in direct marketing, finally co-founding Glass & Lilley, Inc., where he successfully filled direct marketing positions in the advertising agency, publishing, and financial service arenas.

Ron Myers
Prior to joining Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. Ron spent 20+ years in direct to consumer marketing. He is a senior marketing leader with experiences on both the client and services side of the direct marketing industry. He brings a solid understanding in all aspects of direct marketing.
Ron's client side experience comes from companies such as Spiegel Catalog, World Book Encyclopedia, Sears, and American Blinds, Wallpaper & More. He has managed multi-million dollar multi-channel budgets.
His services side experience has been with companies such as Moore Response Marketing Services (now RR Donnelley), May & Speh (now Acxiom), Computer Sciences Corporation and Nexgenix, Inc. Responsibilities within these organizations involved introduction of new product offerings and their market introduction, operational and organizational development, and design and development of service delivery tools to support key account planning process.
