Job Description:

The The Senior Director Online Marketing will be responsible for the overall "thought leadership" and strategic direction for all aspects of SEO, SEM and online traffic building including keyword management, bidding strategies, click-thru and conversion percents, retention and overall profitability as well as developing and fine-tune breath-through strategies to optimize new member acquisition.

Minimum of 8 years marketing experience including 6 years direct marketing experience with minimum 4 years of relevant SEO/SEM experience with either agency or client side experience

Quantifiable track record of success in general online marketing and specifically SEO/SEM and online traffic building including search engines algorithms, database-driven functionalities, HTML, FTP, pixels, general web functionality and a thorough understanding of online industry trends/metrics, e-commerce, e-mail, banners, text links, pop-ups/unders, landing pages, open rates, click-thru rates, conversion percent, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc - and SEO/SEM specific trends/metrics.
