Job Description:

Marketing in Las Vegas! If you are currently living in Las Vegas or the surrounding area and have a direct marketing background with casino marketing experience, don't move! High profile private research and development firm wants YOU to join their marketing team as a Marketing Specialist to manage key business relationships in Las Vegas! This position will be an invaluable member of the business team providing continuous input and analysis of the client's business, identify marketing opportunities and issues and develop product proposals and solutions in conjunction with senior management and the product development team.

The Marketing Specialist will manage all business relationships, develop strategic marketing plans as needed, communicate concepts and present ideas, develop tactical plans and programs (including the creative process) as well as manage execution of a seamless product delivery. Overall, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for a successful product deployment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 – 10 years career marketing experience including experience in private industry (casino, gaming/entertainment) with product/vendor management responsibilities and a proven track record of accomplishments and measurable successes applying strong strategic planning skills coupled with a high degree of creative/conceptual development capability and superior product/project management skills. The position will have a key interface role requiring superior communication skills to interact with clients and businesses at all levels.

Prerequisites for this position include, but not limited to:

• Casino and/or parallel industry experience is mandatory
• Ability to develop, lead and manage a new business process from initial contact through concept development and presentation and all follow-up
• Ideal candidate will be "hands-on", resourceful, highly motivated with enthusiastic energy and a consultative approach combining creative and analytical skills
• Superior delivery, excellent written and verbal skills; mature, polished and personable
• Undergraduate degree viewed favorably
