Job Description:

We have an opening for a Lead Project Manager at a boutique analytics and management consulting firm in the New York/New Jersey area. Our client solves challenging business problems for Fortune 100 clients by employing cost-effective, state-of-the-art analytics to help companies extract meaning out of their data and optimize customer targeting, new customer acquisition, cross-selling opportunities, risk management, and overall profitability.

This position is responsible for leading team projects of 2-4 consultants in all aspects of project execution. The Project Manager is responsible for managing junior team members, including definition of objectives, oversight of execution and evaluation of performance. This position is the primary interface between senior client management and Principal/ Associate Principal.

The major activities of this job are: risk analytics, strategy, project management, cost reduction, organizational restructuring/transformation, operations, sales, business development and marketing.

We are looking for someone with 4 to 5 years of experience.

The salary range of this position is up to $150,000 plus incentive bonus of $25,000 to $80,000
