Job Description:

We have an opening for an Associate at a boutique analytics and management consulting firm in the New York/New Jersey area. Our client solves challenging business problems for Fortune 100 clients by employing cost-effective, state-of-the-art analytics to help companies extract meaning out of their data and optimize customer targeting, new customer acquisition, cross-selling opportunities, risk management, and overall profitability.

The Associate guides a team of 1-2 Business Analysts and reports to an Engagement Manager. This position is required to interact on a day-to-day basis with client and senior management to communicate project progress. This position is responsible for structuring the analytical framework and work flow for each assignment that is given.

The major activities of this job are: analytics, problem solving, collecting data, performing data and leadership.

We are looking for someone with a MBA and 3 to 5 years of pre-MBA work experience.

The salary range of this position is up to $110,000 plus incentive bonus of $15,000 to $35,000.
