Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Vice President to support the Mahwah, New Jersey office. The role will primarily include business development, as well as high-level account/project management.

The individual will be responsible for contributing to the financial goals of the office by overseeing the successful completion of custom market research studies (qualitative and quantitative, international and domestic).

The individual would report to the SVP in Mahwah and be part of the management team consisting of 3 VPs and the SVP. The office has a financial target for the collective management team to reach.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

The candidate is expected to help bring in business through both new business (with the support of the SVP) and cultivating existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree with minimum of 5 years' industry experience or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years' industry experience.
• Functional competence and knowledge of the market research and healthcare industries.
• Working knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, domestic, and international market research.
• Ability to provide high-level, strategic consultation to clients.
• Ability to handle personnel and training issues professionally and effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentational skills with the ability to successfully interact with internal and external clients.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills.
