Job Description:
This position is an opportunity for a highly motivated, self-starter to assume a leadership role in the management of project execution for corporate clients. This position provides on-going communication with internal and external clients to ensure awareness and agreement on plans and actions. If the account(s) managed by this person grow there will be staff to supervise.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a large account and all client relationships associated with that account
- Managing all phases of project management including questionnaire design, supervision of internal operations, tabulations and analysis
- Working with sales/consulting team and clients to review and enhance study specifications for approved projects and projects in the proposal phase
- Increasing revenues through diligent assessment of client needs and cross-selling of services
- Supervising less experienced team members to ensure the accurate and timely execution of research projects
- Monitoring financial performance of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in market research, specifically client service management
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly build client confidence
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Proven ability in growing client account relationships
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and work well under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime
- Ability to manage, mentor and train junior staff
- Computer literacy, preferably with Microsoft software (i.e. Word for Windows, Excel)
- CPG/HBA experience in concept and product testing a plus.
