A central part of the value proposition to clients is the ability to share the cost of rewards funding with leading retailers. The company provides a turnkey solution to their clients, including creative, editorial development, retail partner recruitment, information technology, data analytics, and customer service.

Currently, we are seeking a talented professional to provide sales support to the Partner Development team. Responsibilities will include serving as a liaison to the IT department, analyzing data, researching prospect companies and developing presentations.

We are an industry leader in retention and loyalty-marketing programs. Our programs offer card-holders discounts or cash-back rebates from participating merchants who are provided with promotional access to the card-holder base in return. Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively research, analyze, disseminate and maintain market intelligence information from a variety of third-party data sources on prospect accounts
  • Use market research information to enhance sales success with potential clients
  • Act as liaison between Sales and Marketing and I/T to provide insight-driven and actionable database query requirements
  • Analyze and interpret program results (pro-forma and back-end) to demonstrate (potential) impact of retailer participation in programs
Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in direct marketing agency, partnership marketing/relationship marketing, loyalty marketing firm, preferably to retail chains
  • Experience using various information resources including on-line databases, publications, etc.
  • Strong understanding of direct/database marketing and analytics
  • Ability to utilize spreadsheets/financial models to analyze and interpret incremental revenue to potential retail partners from participation in these programs
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Excellent basic business skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Outlook and CRM tools preferred
