The Position

The client is currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support various promotional and analytical initiatives related to its events. This position is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the execution of campaigns (mail, e-mail, telemarketing, print, web, etc.). The Marketing Manager will also be expected to create budgets, define objectives and lead list, copy and creative team members in successfully executing marketing promotions. Specific duties include: setting milestones and schedules for team members, leading pre-campaign planning meetings and post-campaign after-action-reviews, and setting list and test priorities.

Requirements

To qualify for this position you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and 3+ years of marketing experience. The successful candidate must also have previous experience managing campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and project management skills are required. Also, you must have a strong record of accomplishment in generating measurable marketing results, and the ability to use marketing metrics to make effective decisions. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HTML is required.
