The Opportunity:

Our client is a global leader in customer relationship management and interactive marketing. They are seeking an M&A Account Manager to be responsible for reporting critical findings from client data in order to validate or modify the client's strategic marketing objectives.

Job Description:

A seasoned M&A Account Manager must possess a comprehensive working knowledge in a variety of analytical and data warehousing tools. The ideal candidate will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients, discover and understand their needs, suggest a plan of analysis
  • Produce dynamic weekly/monthly reports analyzing metrics for client campaigns including: segmentation and campaign response analyses by channel and ROI analyses
  • Interpret and transform raw data into value-added information
  • Create strategic executive summaries and explain the results and how these impact the personal marketing approach
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a data analyst using data modeling tools and techniques
  • Minimum 4 year undergraduate degree (Marketing / Business)
  • Previous experience in multi-channel direct marketing a plus (e.g., direct mail, email, online, site)
  • Strong analytic skills, including experience with profiling, segmentation, and predictive models
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of SAS
  • Working knowledge of programming languages including SQL/Transact SQL/Microsoft SQL Server
  • PC Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with consumer-level data
