With the advent of the Internet, and now mobile media, Our Client recognized that their expertise in traditional direct marketing gave us a unique advantage over other less-experienced marketing companies in both the Internet and mobile channels. Their expertise enables them to generate powerful marketing campaigns and programs that unite online and off-line media channels and clients, and ultimately enhance their ability to drive superior results for both clients and their own business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all count requests for managed lists via phone, fax or e-mail
  • Order Entry and daily follow-up
  • Calling brokers for guarantees of payment
  • Follow up with service bureaus to ensure proper fulfillment and timely shipment.
  • Enter clearances and email/fax/PDF with samples to List Owner for review.
  • Bring appropriate concerns to the List Owners as they arise.
  • Respond to requests for datacards, usage, and samples immediately.
  • Print order summary each week, for the prior week, and cross sell a minimum of 5 other lists to brokers daily.
  • Review unbilled order report and respond accordingly.
  • Record Cross-selling calls in the call log at the end of every day.
  • Review pricing when orders come in to confirm any deals in Deal Manager and with the Sales Manager.
  • Attend local trade conferences and shows
  • Enter and follow-up on all reuses before the close of every month.
  • Operate as a back-up to the other List Managers when they are out.
  • Thoroughly understand each list manages.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years direct mail list experience
  • Sales minded
  • Aptitude for details
  • Good communication skills
  • Hard working and ability to muti-task
