The Opportunity:

Our client is an industry leader in affinity-based retention and loyalty-marketing programs. This company is seeking a talented executive to manage and expand relationships with existing merchant partners in their loyalty and rewards programs.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Work with partners in order to incorporate them into our programs
  • Analyze and present results to demonstrate the impact of participation in programs
  • Develop presentations to build a sales story
  • Work with program managers to complement merchant promotional needs with opportunities available in each program
  • On-going, detail oriented relationship management with new and existing partners
  • Assist merchant partners with invoice review and audit.
Experience:
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point
  • Positive attitude and above-average drive
  • Previous account management experience
  • 5+ years experience in partnership marketing/relationship marketing, loyalty marketing, and/or customer acquisition (preferably to retail chains)
  • Strong understanding of direct/database marketing
  • Consultative business development skills with a proven track record of solving problems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing problems and provide/discuss solutions to those problems
  • Ability to utilize spreadsheets/financial models to demonstrate incremental revenue to potential retail partners from participation in these programs
  • Strong presentation skills
