The Opportunity:
Our client is an industry leader in affinity-based retention and loyalty-marketing programs. This company is seeking a talented executive to manage and expand relationships with existing merchant partners in their loyalty and rewards programs.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following abilities:
- Work with partners in order to incorporate them into our programs
- Analyze and present results to demonstrate the impact of participation in programs
- Develop presentations to build a sales story
- Work with program managers to complement merchant promotional needs with opportunities available in each program
- On-going, detail oriented relationship management with new and existing partners
- Assist merchant partners with invoice review and audit.
Experience:
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point
- Positive attitude and above-average drive
- Previous account management experience
- 5+ years experience in partnership marketing/relationship marketing, loyalty marketing, and/or customer acquisition (preferably to retail chains)
- Strong understanding of direct/database marketing
- Consultative business development skills with a proven track record of solving problems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing problems and provide/discuss solutions to those problems
- Ability to utilize spreadsheets/financial models to demonstrate incremental revenue to potential retail partners from participation in these programs
- Strong presentation skills
