Job Description:

We have an opening for a sales/business development executive at a leading promotional marketing firm located in Southern Connecticut.

Key tasks include:

  • Developing new accounts
  • Prospecting, networking
  • Closing New Business Sales
The goal is to primarily focus on growth in Westchester and Connecticut marketplace (Kraft, Cadbury, Dannon, Perrier, Pepperidge Farm, Subways, Unilever, Xerox, Pitney Bowes, UBS Bank, General Electric, etc.). Agency has an open mind in terms of target companies but candidate should have some contacts in CPG type firms.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a natural sales-person … likable, attractive, high-energy go-getter who can close sales. The candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • 4-5 Years Sales Experience
  • Track record of Successful Sales Experience (1 Company)
  • Well-Trained in Sales (i.e. experience from several strong training programs)
  • Prospecting, Networking are a natural part of "who they are"
  • Effective Closer
  • Likable, Attractive, High-Energy, "Bubbly" Go-Getter
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communication skills
