Our client has an opening for a Director of Sales. The Director will be responsible for managing a focused, high performance group of media sales people who are responsible for prospecting, identifying opportunities, building new business relationships and generating revenue for a variety of print and on-line media products.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience managing media sales people including hiring, coaching and mentoring. And must be able to inspire staff to meet the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
Undergraduate Degree required. MBA a plus.
