The Company:

We are an online digital advertising agency and data company based in Evanston, IL that offers a unique blend of services to their clients, including a new affiliate network to market owned offers.

Our company is a fast growing entrepreneurial organization. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong record of professional achievement to join our company to run our start-up, affiliate network. The position reports to our President.

We have offices in Evanston, Illinois, Brewster, New York, Fort Myers, Florida and London, England. You may work from your home or one of our offices.

Experienced Affiliate Manager

This position is responsible for building all aspects of our affiliate network. We currently have six offers we own, and are looking to grow the network - but not expand the number of offers. We're currently focused on pushing our adult dating site. You will have an unlimited budget at $2.00 per free registration, and are expected to be able to sign up enough affiliates to generate 5,000 free registrations per day, every day.

This position will work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff including internal senior management, staff and external strategic business partner contacts. To be successful, you will need to:

  • Manage current affiliates, and prospect for new ones.
  • Push our offers.
Qualified candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required (Business, Advertising, Marketing).
  • 3-5 years experience as an Affiliate Manager or online advertising, direct marketing, or e-marketing sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and succinct presentation skills to prospects at all decision-making levels.
  • Self -motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.
