The Opportunity:

Our client is a global leader in customer relationship management and interactive marketing. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage the development and implementation of multi-channel, integrated marketing programs.

Job Description:

A seasoned candidate will demonstrate the following responsibilities:

Client:

  • Maintain and grow strong mid-level client relationships by understanding their key marketing objectives
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with clients and internal creative, production, measurement & analytics, and project management teams
  • Participate in development and presentation of client deliverables
Strategy:
  • Write effective and strategic creative briefs
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of client's business, brand, and target audience
  • Translate campaign results into actionable recommendations
Team/Project Management:
  • Manage integrated direct marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, banners, landing pages, etc.)
  • Conduct team briefings outlining project requirements (e.g., business objectives/strategy, budget, production schedule)
  • Manage the daily work flow of multiple tactics according to schedule and budget
  • Manage Associate Account Executive by providing regular feedback and establishing goals and development plan
Experience:
  • 4 year undergraduate degree (Marketing / Business)
  • 7+ years experience in direct marketing, online/digital experience necessary
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point
  • Superior client leadership skills including ability to articulate complex marketing strategies
  • Proven track record of being 'trusted advisor' with senior clients and senior agency team members
  • Strong strategic and analytic skills
  • Strong understanding of media channels
  • Deep understanding of the agency creative process
