The Position

The Online Marketing Director will be responsible for all internet marketing plans and activities for all company web sites. This position will manage 3 - 6 direct reports and agency relationships.

Responsibilities

Apply integrated marketing skills, business acumen, organizational skills and online experience to drive online sales and meet revenue goals. Oversee development of marketing plans and coordination of all web promotions related to new customer acquisition and will include, but not limited to:

• Collaborate with web team to generate ideas and to represent marketing needs in the development of new features on websites.
• Oversee landing page and conversion rate improvement strategy.
• Develop analytics strategy for all activities and review, analyze and recommend new approaches based on findings.
• Develop, monitor and ensure compliance with promotional budgets.
• Experience with SEM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Management, Content Marketing Strategy, emerging strategic channels (mobile apps).
