Their experienced US based call center representatives stand by 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Nights, weekends and holidays we are ready to dispatch a local, licensed and insured contractor to make critical repairs to their client's plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems. They save their customers from the hassle of finding a contractor, and they protect their customers from high costs - that's because all covered repairs are completed at no charge up to an annual benefit, with no out-of-pocket expenses, no deductible, no service, trip or permit fees, and no paperwork to fill out.
Our client has been providing home emergency repair plans in the US since 2003. They have operations in the US, IK, France, Spain and Belgium. In the US alone, they are servicing over 1.1 million contracts, partnering with 15 utility companies and offering plans directly to consumers across 36 states. All together, their collective companies have more than 17 years of experience in providing high-quality home emergency repair plans and manage over 10 million home emergency repair plans for more than 140 companies, including over 40 major utility providers worldwide.
The Position:
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing Strategy and Analysis. This person is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing activities for their assigned partners/products to meet or exceed budgeted contract/customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep dive analysis into past performance results in order to map out trends and identify key response variables; leverage these findings to optimize customer acquisition activity.
- Develop and test new marketing strategies which improve response rates among new and existing customer segments.
- Create marketing plans for partners that maximize client/business profitability.
- Monitor performance of all creative and data strategies and make appropriate recommendations to further improve performance.
- Conceptualize and develop report requirements for business needs.
- Prepare budget plans for assigned partners.
- Ensure all testing s set up and tracked accurately.
- Develop and propose new product/channel ideas/marketing concepts.
- Provide strategic direction to supporting marketing teams in order to develop/execute new marketing ideas/concepts/tests.
- Review and approve direct marketing creatives to ensure strategy is executed properly.
- Work closely with business development to provide mock ups and direct mail strategy for prospects.
- Work closely with VP of Marketing set strategic marketing goals/structure to deliver optimal policy growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, MBA desired.
- 5-7 years of direct marketing experience. Prefer candidate with direct mail knowledge and experience. Continuity or membership club marketing experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of response data modeling
- Strong analytical skills - ability to conceptualize new ideas, strategies, etc.
- Rainmaker - can get it done
- Results oriented; demonstrated success in overcoming obstacles and launching campaigns on time and on budget
- Self-starter; able to seize opportunities with minimal direction
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growth oriented organization
- Online marketing knowledge/ability a plus
- Reporting skills a plus
