Description
This individual will be responsible for managing multiple accounts utilizing our client's web based marketing portal. This role will interact directly with Production, Sales, Clients and the Modeling Services teams. This individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into specifications for internal and external support group, providing detailed counts, reports and lists to clients as well as identifying/assisting management with up-selling and cross-sell opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: translating business requirements into specifications for the Production staff: performing analysis and research as requested; working with Modeling Services and Clients to develop modeling strategy and implementation; understanding data requirements; performing quality control on all aspects of a job (from file pull to model scoring to final mail file); identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities; working with internal groups to develop strategies for new and/or existing accounts; continuing to develop strong relationships with existing clients as well as the Sales staff; reviewing current aligned clients to determine if any enhancements or efficiencies can be added; working with Product Managers to identify/implement enhanced product offerings. Working with print vendors to quote jobs and execute Direct Mail Campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
- Photoshop is a plus
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Understanding of direct marketing process
- Understanding of print and production concepts
- Knowledge of relational database concepts
- Experience with campaign management tools
- Knowledge of models (including modeling techniques, applications and results)
- Experience working with financial or insurance clients
Education
- B.S. or equivalent work Experience

- 2+ years related experience in the Direct Marketing industry
