Position

  • Partner with the pharma client, internal team and third party vendors to plan, coordinate and deploy:
    • Multi-Channel Marketing programs (B2B) and RM programs (B2C)
    • Direct Mail Campaigns
    • Call Center (inbound and outbound)
    • Data Entry
    • Offline Fulfillment
  • Online Fulfillment
  • Metric Setup Capable of developing backend infrastructure support programs
  • Participates in client calls - can knowledgably articulate project status to clients
  • Build a rapport and has demonstrated value to external & internal client on programs
  • Delivery of work against project deliverables & day-to-day project/client support
  • Manage vendors and partners in support of monthly programs and operations
  • Works to positively participate in the team environment

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in either advertising, pharma, database marketing, operations, call center, e-mail and fulfillment
  • Knowledge of developing a response marketing program
  • Bachelors Business, Marketing or Computer Science
  • Holistic understanding of Database management
  • Experience or knowledge of aspects of infrastructure enablement such as data entry, database, call center, fulfillment operations, analytics, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of programming principles, business requirements and technical specifications that can be used to build systems and processes
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Visio, MS Access & MS Project, a plus)
