Position

As Director/VP of Client Services you’ll serve as the epicenter for client activity, applying the right mix of products, solutions and services to maximize client success. You’ll be responsible for managing key client relationships, determining strategies, and executing programs that help e-commerce clients generate new non-transactional revenue from advertising and trade promotion. .

Responsibilities and Skills

• Leading and managing key e-commerce client relationships and programs/campaigns
• Consulting with clients and advertisers to develop joint program strategies
• Coordinating with other functions within the organization to ensure programs are delivered and that client goals are achieved
• Packaging and delivering services and solutions to help expand client programs
• Contributing to product pipeline definition as a voice of the customer; gathering and documenting business requirements
