The Company

A leading national consumer goods and services Company focused on the US Hispanic market providing high quality telecommunication products including calling cards and financial services.

Primary Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement and execute marketing plans for calling cards targeted to Hispanics.
  • Develop written and visual materials in Spanish
    • Including product packaging development, Point-of-Sales (POS) creation/materials, printing ads, home billboards, flyers, promotions, advertising, and internal presentations
  • Develop creative concepts for bilingual scripts used for radio and TV spots
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing team on tactical execution of promotions
  • Generate reports to monitor performance against brand objectives
  • Analyze in-market programs and other metrics demonstrating effectiveness
  • Provide additional analytical support to enable decision-making
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and business partners

Requirements and Experience

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Native Spanish a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications (MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years professional marketing experience focused on the Hispanic market; consumer product/service marketing or similar
  • Team Player - ability to work within a team
  • A flexible self-starter who is comfortable in a rapidly evolving fast paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and driving results
