The Position

Our client seeks a high energy, motivated and multi-talented Marketing Manager that can appreciate the opportunity of being part of a new and expanding marketing group charged with developing several initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of marketing, from consumer research to campaign optimization
  • Develop strategy and execute online and offline work to build our corporate brand and product brands cross-channel (online, print, events, direct mail, etc)
  • Identify opportunities, pitch ideas, write copy, shape creative and more (very much like an agency)
  • Maintain effective relationship with internal stakeholders, agencies and freelancers to troubleshoot conflicts as they arise
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years in account management or marketing with an advertising agency
  • Interactive experience preferred
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to translate technical information into marketing copy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of execution processes, with flexibility to adjust to circumstances
  • B2B experience is a plus, educational market experience viewed very favorably
