Superior online marketing experience is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new clients and marketing optimization campaigns:
    • Work with assigned Account Manager to understand client goals and online marketing requirements
    • Develop marketing strategy and work closely with in-house Agency to develop acquisition creative that supports the strategy. Manage to mandatory compliance elements
    • Build and maintain marketing matrix outlining testing optimization strategy and user flow.
    • Provide instructions on campaign set-up & testing requirements for Account Manager, Operations and IT.
    • Build consumer communications (solicitations, emails).
    • Sign-off on campaign development and user flow
  • Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, business requirements, testing and operational capabilities.
  • Work with Analytics Team to understand response/retention analysis and financial impact.
  • Look for efficiencies to improve speed to market for solicitation builds, testing and rollout of winning creative.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 5+ years Internet direct marketing experience required; customer acquisition experience highly valued.
  • Proven on-the-job knowledge of Internet marketing optimization (e.g. onsite, banners, email). Experience in testing to optimize conversion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. .
  • Able to work independently and be flexible on projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and contribute creative ideas and business solutions.
