The Position
The Associate Marketing Manager will be the point person responsible for executing communication with consumers across numerous clients. The AMM will work with business stake holders across departments and will have an opportunity to identify business opportunities and recommend successful marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
Client Level Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain testing strategy/matrix across clients
- Work closely with Partnership Marketing counterpart to understand client goals and challenges
- Work closely with Ops/IT to launch new clients, establish campaigns and run marketing tests
- Work closely with Agency to develop acquisition creative that supports the marketing strategy
Broader Business Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy, business requirements and operational capabilities
- Manage mandatory compliance elements on all marketing materials
- Challenge the status quo and take some risks
Solicitation Builds, Testing and Analysis:
- Build consumer communications (solicitations, emails)
- Work with Analytics Team to understand response/retention analysis and financial impact
- Deploy successful tests across the broader business for additional testing
- and roll out
- Look for efficiencies to improve speed to market for solicitation builds, testing and rollout of winning creative
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years marketing experience; lead generation or customer acquisition experience highly valued
- 1-2 years internet marketing experience required
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Great attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Able to work independently and be flexible on projects in a fast paced environment
- Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude
