Through this acquisition the parent company adds cost-effective, simple investment options to their offerings. Our client prides itself on the savings it passes onto their customers by doing business online, over the phone and by mail which eliminates overhead and high operational costs of other banks.

The Position

We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Quantitative Market Research Manager with strong analytical skills to lead quantitative marketing research projects in its brokerage division. The Quantitative Research Manager will support product development with insights about customer needs and expectations. They will also work closely with Customer Marketing in the design and analysis of their campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Able to create statistical models using multivariate techniques to be used for classification, cross-sell and acquisition targeting
  • Design and execute online surveys and analyze results
  • Mine the customer database for behavioral patterns to suggest and/or support customer marketing initiatives
  • Develop statistical models to predict customer value, customer response and classify customers based on household, demographic and transactional characteristics
  • Prepare and present to senior management final reports of quantitative research projects that include findings, interpretations, conclusions and recommendations

Requirements

  • BA/BS with 5-7 years experience in quantitative marketing research or marketing analytics
  • Strong multivariate statistical analysis and modeling skills
  • Ability to render and convey actionable conclusions from marketing data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experienced user of SPSS, SAS, or equivalent
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
