Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training and motivating a world class sales team
  • Implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
  • Working with Account Executives to close new business as well as maximize revenue from existing accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of sales management experience
  • Ability to identify and hire top sales professionals
  • Ability to train and motivate a dynamic sales team
  • Demonstrate effective computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  • SalesLogix or similar CRM experience is a plus
