The Position

The role of the Copywriter, working with a graphic designer, will be to develop online creative marketing messages to support a new business acquisition. The focus is shopping cart and purchase rate conversion solutions for ecommerce clients. This is a front line position with a core group dedicated to the new business venture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall strategy development and implementation of the cart abandonment consumer offering
• Work closely with the graphic designer to architect and implement the overall look and feel of the outbound consumer communications materials and website offering
• Write all copy to support consumer communication efforts (solicitation, email, website). Develop unique, new concepts. Make every test count.
• Create copy templates for ongoing use in consumer communications. Look for efficiencies to improve speed to market for testing.
• Help with customer service scripts
• Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities
