Responsibilities
- Preparation of list research and recommendations
- Overall campaign management
- Count verifications
- Price negotiations
- Spearhead special project as assigned
- Attend and schedule client meetings
- Attend industry trade show meetings and prepare materials
- Assist Production Coordinator is the workload dictates
- Order proofing
- Work as part of a team responsible for existing brokerage clients and in conjunction with other coworkers
Requirements
- 5-8 years of Brokerage or Mailer Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Solid negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Ability to organize and delegate project operations
