Position Overview
If you enjoy working for a high growth company and adhere to the highest professional standards, you should consider our position of National Sales Director of Back Office Processing. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be accountable to the Vice President of Back Office Processing. A person within this position will be responsible for selling back office services to the existing client base as well as developing new client business. In addition, the National Sales Director will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, developing business relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
The successful candidate will need to develop close relationships with strategic accounts at all levels and must be a self-motivated, energetic, creative, and flexible individual that consistently meets commitments, and exhibit a high level of integrity.
Responsibilities
- Focus on selling back office services, defined as :
- Transaction Processing
- Account Administration
- Order Processing Management
- Domain Knowledge
- Perform direct sales activities and measure objectives achievement.
- Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to proactively pursue each client or prospective client.
- Work with the Marketing Department to focus market research, marketing materials, and marketing programs on the best prospective client companies.
- Meet sales quotas.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree
- Outside Sales experience selling financial services, software, or services provided by channel partners mentioned above.
- Previous third-party sales experience
- Stable job history with a documented record of success
- Good negotiation skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to thrive within a high-performance team
- Willing to travel approximately 60%-80%
