The Position
The Director of Database Marketing Solutions would be essential in providing direction and managing the work processes and output of a team of database marketing analysts and statisticians. This position would also be responsible for developing and/or communicating strategy to implement the objectives of the organization and guiding others in linking their activities to the objectives. Evaluating client needs for quantitative analysis, leading the role in creating and articulating relevant solutions for clients and developing methods or processes for implementation are also significant responsibilities for this position.

- Break-Even Analysis
- Determine quantitative methods for solving client issues
- Propose quantitative solutions to future and existing clients
- Establish pricing for new initiatives
- Present ideas and findings to future and existing clients
- Proactive and effective interaction with other internal groups
- Evaluation and improvement of internal tools and processes
