The Position
The Account Manager will be the primary contact to Program Owner and Brokers. This individual will be responsible for all sales, rate negotiation, prospecting and budgeting on one or more of the company's exclusively managed insert programs.
Responsibilities
- Contact brokers regarding approved clearances, orders and test results to maximize sales
- Cross sell brokers across various company programs
- Proactively prospect for new mailers
- Oversee day to day operational and accounting issues
- File, copy, fax, and email various correspondents
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years insert media management/brokerage experience
- Minimum of an BS degree
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an insert media management/brokerage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Specific experience with MS excel spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think ahead and to anticipate next steps/course of action
- Ability to work well collaboratively
